every morning i wake up i have a sore throat. my dr sais its cause i sleep with my mouth open but since then i have either forced myself to sleep with it closed or tape my mouth shut at night. is there any other way to stop these soar throats?

I always have a glass of water when I wake up. That helps.

Drink more water during the entire day. Not just before bed. The effects of tissue rehydration might take days or a week or two to notice.

do u have allergies? buy a humidifier and try getting rid of all the dust....
