I know exactly what it is. I fix this everyday at work. It is spyware. And the spyware is advertisement trying to get you to buy a spyware program. Get Ad-Aware SE. It's Free... download it and run it. It wouldn't hurt to get CCleaner. It's also free. Also Go to Internet Option and check to make sure your Homepage has not changed... FYI... I am 1000% sure it may have.. so just change it back.

The problem is you've probably already downloaded adware, which is why you're getting the popup in the first place. Run a scan with your malware scanners (AdAware & SpyBot are good choices, as well as AVG Anti-Spyware). These tools should remove the problem.

Make sure if you download Ad-Aware you use the following URL. There are a lot of look-a-likes that actually are spyware. Ad-Aware SE Personal is the free version.

Get sypbot search and destroy, and adware se, their both free. Run both of them, then go to trendmicro housecall and run the free scan. That should clean about anything out of your computer.
