My pastor says that being a one of God's anointed you are suppose to live right to achieve God's purpose, for you; and that if you did mess up you would be passing down your anointing to another.

Your pastor is up a wall. If you have truly repented then you're good with God. Your pastor's statement goes against the teachings of Christ.

Acts 2:38. And you will know when you receive the Holy Ghost Acts 2:4, 10:45-45, 19:6, verified with St. Marh 16:16-17. This is what God says about it. Follow God!!

After you repent that's all you need to do. I can't say what would happen to your anointing though.

Ouch! That sounds like a pretty angry god your pastor is talking about. I've always heard that God is a loving and forgiving God. I like the loving and forgiving one better.

Dude. Stop trying to live up to other people's/false beings expectations and do something for yourself. You are a human being, and as a human, you have the right to make your own decisions. And you, personally, can deicide what is right and what is wrong. Come on, man. This is something we were taught in pre-school.

It is probably the sin is removed but the guilt remains. If you have guilt ask Jesus to remove if not you will retain for the rest of your life unless at some time GOD relents.

Confess to a priest and get absolution. This is a very healthy process for your mental health and it is regrettable that the Protestants have pretty much lost it. Visit a church of one of the Catholic traditions - Anglican, Roman or Orthodox, and talk to a priest.
