should i say something to my mom??

i have this new baby cousin and theres 2 reasons im upset.
she gets all the attention i say something to my aunt and mom and its like they didnt even hear me. I say mom and she says WHAT!!!! and i say i said something shes says cool and i feel left out =(
#2 i really want to hold her before she becomes crabby but no my mom and dad have to hold her first but after she gets held from them she gets crabby so my aunt feeds her, changes her, and puts her to sleep but shes still crabby
she is the most adorable little girl ive ever seen and i love her truely but sometimes it feels like im not even there. i also want to babysit but i dont know when that is going to happen so give me some advice on how i am going to be able to be "see able" and babysit her.

Congratulations on your new cousin.

Yeah, talk with your mom when you're alone --- like when you're being tucked into bed, or driving in the car. This will let your Mom understand that your excited and feeling lonely at the same time. Keep enjoying your new cousin.
