My boyfriend and I live in different towns and barely get to see each other. We are in highschool so somethings are completly out of our hands. I have such strong feelings for this guy and I don't wanna lose him for a dumb reason. Can you give me some advice on how to connect without actually seeing each other?

yes always sms,3g,mail n email.once a mth u must try to contact him in person as face 2 face chatting can promote better understanding relationship.good luck.

You can't do anything special to make it work. Chances are very great that it won't. Yes there are a few exceptions, however it would be foolish on your part to think you will be one of them.
Since you both are in high school, that means you have a lot of growing and changing in front of you.
You can't keep him, only he can do that. Chances are he is already looking else where, it's only natural for both of you to do so.

IM is good also the phone. If it's meant to be the distance won't matter. It does make it a lot more difficult though. best of luck
