I got really sick about 3 weeks ago. I had severe coughing, fever nausea, weakness, aches and chest pain when I breathed. That lasted a couple of days. Imediately following I got a sharp pain in my flank of my back that really hurts when I lay down, cough, yawn ect. I feel better when I stand. What the heck is wrong with me?

The only way to find a real answer to your question is to go to the doctor. It could be anything from a pulled muscle to a serious health problem. Please seek real medical attention for your problem. Go to the doctor tomorrow if possible.

Yes see the Dr on this one because you do not want to play
around with your health. Several of your symptoms sound like
1 if 3 conditions one bronchitis / asthma, and pneumonia .Good
Luck!

I had that and the pain was coming from some fluid buildup in my lungs.... See the doc on this one, it will only get worse till you do.
