just do something sootheing. such as a nice warm bath or have someone give you a massage. listen to calming music and just curl up with a blanket and watch some tv. don't take advil or anything for your headaches because they aren't going to help much. When you feel your stress really bothering you, sit down, close your eyes, and take a few deep breaths before you continue what you're doing.

Whew! Sounds like you need some prayer here!
What kind of stuff is bothering you at school? a big test? a bully?
homework? Are you carrying a big caseload? I get stress headaches also. They are not fun. Who is the family member?
Your Mom, Dad, Grandma, Grandpa? Cousin? Siblings? You
need to be more specific here.
Talking to God always helps me. Reading His Word. Listening
to some good Christian Music. It helps me focus on Him and not me & my problems.
I like to walk the creek beds - when it's nice out. One time I took
a tape recorder & I taped the water running over the rocks. You
can relieve a lot of stress by being in a place that is soothing.
Listening to music helps. I just prefer Christian music. I listen
to Air1 - go to Air1.com to see where they are in your area. It is
very good music. Or, listen to what relaxes YOU - these are just
suggestions. Keep in mind.
No, your not loosing your mind. Your stressed out is all. Try and
take a nap after school? I did that. It will relax you. Then get up
& have a nice dinner.
You might want to go see your School Guidance Counselor to
see if he/she can help you in school.
Study hard, take notes if you have to.
Do some Journaling? Write down your thoughts in a notebook.
Get it all out. This helps if you are alone. Especially at night.
This is what I did. Do what works for you!
Good luck!

Your other family members are feeling the same way so spend extra time with them and ask if you can help in any way. Even if they don't need help, it's nice/comforting to be offered it.
Take care.
