Well, I suppose with being 23 years old, your too skinny but when u think about ur height its kinda differnt,, I would just gain a couple poundss,, And if u dont like it then loose it!?

Get a body fat percentage done and as a 23 y/o woman you should be about 18 %.
Since you are working out, you might want to add extra calories to you diet in the form of a protein shake. This will help you in adding some muscle. I really like designer whey shakes. For you, make them with a 2% milk, this will add calories, carbs, and a little fat.. all things you need. Add some fruits too!! especially berries.. great antioxidants

Don't work out to much. Have fun when you excersices. Your a little to skinny put some meat in your body. lol you shoulddn't way 93 pounds after giving birth. Gain about 20 pounds healthely and you should be fine.

GODDAMNN!!!!!! i cant imagine someone like that... im almost 18 and 5"0 and weigh 118 and i look ok .. and a 5"0 person should be around 110.. so just try to gain a little weight so you could be a lot healthier.. and even if you are trying to gain weight dont put on the bad fat just eat right like drink lots and lots of milk.. take ur vitamins and ear ur veggies (hehe) and whn u exercise just walk or take your kids to park rather thn over doing it like running or doing somethin to gain weight..

You are much too skinny. The minimum for 5' is 100 lbs. Try a higher protein diet. However, I would consult your doctor. He can probably tell you if you need to change anything.
