my boy is kinda shy so what is a good way for me to lead into it?

get close to him, like head on shoulder, leaning against him, holding hands etc. . .. look into his eyes, and do it really slow, if theres more passion it will make it that much better :) good luck! and remember i think slower would be better, you know s-l-o-w-l-y move in :)
oh also like when your hugging and holding each other thats the perfect time to make a move :)

oh! alrightyy..well..have you kissed him before or..is it the first time??
either way, hah, maybe if hes shy make sure you guys are alone. If its in public then hes bound to get more nervous than he already might be. So if you two are alone, do some things that kinda lead up to the moment like..maybe you guys'll be watching a movie or talking, laughing, maybe you just went someplace fun like a date or something...etc then at the right moment smile and look in to his eyes. And go in slowly with a soft kiss. If you go in to quickk or..start doing any fancy trix real quick it'll freak him out. Just go in slow, it'll make it more sensual and easy for him to get used to and comfortable with, that way both of you can start to enjoy it more.

Personally, I think a kiss should not be rushed, the worse thing you could do is plan a kiss, let it happen, that is the best thing to do and you will always enjoy it that way. Let him kiss you maybe he is still not ready.

well 2 yrs ago my boy and I were in your same situation and he is shy also so I just went for it I leaned in and just started kissing him and he kissed me back so that's how i did it......

this worked for me..so do it!
then he comes over,answer the door jump into his arms and look into eyes followed by the attack(kiss) lol..
(well thats what she did to me lol)
do it right now..any tell me how it went!

just try being colse to him, get in his face alot and make sure he knows you want a kiss, after a while if hes not getting it ask your friend to tell him that he should kiss you it always works.

flirt...play with his lips with your fingers (playfully)...kiss him on his cheek, kiss him lightly, closed mouthed on the lips, progress to how far you want to take it...Or- even better, you two should find that comfort level before you even begin...Otherwise, he's your man, just kiss him or tell him to kiss you!
