Water with lemon juice is a really yummy drink, has a tangy taste to it........... to answer your question, I say yes. That's largely because the lemon juice in the water will realkalize your tummy (from all the acid - junk foods we eat) and help your system more efficiently digest your food. Therefore, elimination will be more efficient and you will have loads more energy. Organic apple cider vinegar (2 tablespoons) mixed with cold water 1/2 hour before each meal is also a great way to aid digestion. You'll find that it also perks you up and gives you more energy...... Yes, perhaps the citruses, orange, grapefruit, lemons, limes, pineapples, etc help to burn fat perhaps they are a good source of vitamin C. Don't add any sugar nor sweetener.
