Between Average and Muscle little bit. Skinny scrawny guys look dead.... big bulging muscles are nasty. I like it in between.

basically consume lots of fruit and veg. Importantly count variety ur energy. 3 nutrients properly worth 409 cal plus 3 snacks properly worth 2 hundred cal. it works.. additionally attempt nd c what creates ur muscle groups and c if h can decrease it and upload cardio instead alongside with working, swimming, cycling... The record is going on.. cardio does not build muscle it basically loses weight
