You will gain muscle no matter what, but you wont necessarily be buff unless you do a lot of weight training, so dont do a lot of weight training. Run/jog a few miles (3-4) everyday, or take a dance class, or do pilates, or ride a bike, or something. Just dont to a lot of weight training. DO NOT DO THE STARVATION DIET/EXTREME DIET BECUASE YOUR BODY GOES INTO STARVATION MODE AND WILL KEEP YOUR FAT AND EAT YOUR MUSCLES AND ORGANS. SO YOU WILL BE REALLY THIN IN A FEW MONTHS BUT HAVE SAGGY SKIN (MEANING A FLABBY STOMACH, BUTT, THIGHS, AND ARMS, AND WILL BE ASHAMED TO WEAR A BIKINI). BY DOING THIS YOU WILL ALSO STOP LOSING WEIGHT AFTER THESE MONTHS AND YOUR METABOLSM WILL HAVE SLOWED DRAMATICALLY BECAUSE YOUR BODY WILL WANT TO KEEP ALL THE CALORIES THAT YOU DO EAT. WHEN YOU START TO EAT NORMALLY AGAIN, YOU WILL GAIN QUICKLY BECAUSE OF YOUR SLOW METABOLISM AND IT WILL BE NOTHING BUT FAT.

Heres what you do...
Get up in the morning around 8-10 am and walk for 30 minutes.
Eat SOME breakfast and shower etc....
If you can join a gym to walk on the treadmill and do the stair stepper...
Eat w/e you like between the time you wake up and 5:00pm, But when I say W/e that means alot of healthy food and something.

Cardio (or aerobic) works outs will burn the fat and TONE the muscles, not BUILD them. If you do use free weights, use maximum 5 lbs. and maximum three sets of 10 reps each side. That will also tone, but not build.

i believe bein in diet wont reduce ur fat..
my suggestions are involve yourself in a healty outdoor activity . eg. gardening , playing games . walking is the best exercise , so next time you want to go for groceries. don't take ur car or bike.
make it a point that you walk everyday atleast 5km. then slowly start jogging. you 'll definetely reduce your weight. all the best buddy. start it 2day..
i eat a lot , but i try to burn all the fat with my daily activities
all the best. remember walking.

dont eat fattening food, and do a lot of cardio and aerobics which is like running, cycling(look up cardio, and aerobics). Dont lift weight cuz they will give you muscle not really burn fat.

Why don't you try Pilates. It's supposed to give you long lean muscles. Don't lift such heavy weights. Just more reps of light ones.

Eat more veggies, less meat.
You can do weight lifting, but keep it a lighter weight, and do more reps.
Cardio is good, but just remember that..
-long distance will give you bigger calves, but smaller thighs.
-sprinting gives you bigger thighs but smaller calves.
Try to do a variety of workouts, not just cardio which does a lot of work on your legs.
Drink lots of water

Aerobics, running, biking, and using the elliptical.
