I am sooo sorry that happened to you, I know long distance relationships are soo hard because you cant see the person, I am in one right now, but you know what? hard or not, that was no reason for him to cheat. Throw away everything that reminds you of him, even if it was expensive, and redecorate etc so you have a change of surrounding, then go out and make some new memories with your friends etc.
Hang in there it'll be ok, he's a loser for cheating. There is NEVER an excuse for cheating.

I know how you feel, I was in a relationship with a man that I knew was married, I knew there was no future, but i couldn't convince my heart that. And it got broken, it's still broken and it's been almost a year. You are never going to forget him, but we have to move on, im 45 and life is way to short to hang on to things that only bring us sadness. I was married for 25yrs to a cold, bitter, asshole. and when I met the married man, he was compassionate, loving, giving, everything I had never had or felt before, thats the reason I fell so hard in the end. If you have a best friend that will listen talk to her. I did, and it does help. Or you can talk to me, we have alot in common. ayleiah@yahoo.com

In know the pain you went through. No, I never had a girlfriend but, I lost a friend for doing good. It was this school year in December and the Holly Ball and I had no one. Then I aske my friend Nicoale to the Holly Ball (she's in a speical ed class and neither of us went to a Holly Ball) and she said yes, it took me a mindcrain. After a few days when I asked her what color dress she's going to wear and then all of a sudden she say's I'm not going and then she left. I was like what the heck? When I came back from Christmas Break, I asked her how was your christmas. She never talked nor even looked at me. Still today she won't talk or look in my direction. It did hurt me bad inside when she treats me like I just disappered off this Earth. I wish I had the Delorean from Back To The Furture and stop myself from asking her out. We could still be friends. I wish I'd never asked her out. I lost her forever and she ain't comin' back. So that's the same pain I felt too.

thats how a break up goes. they say time heals, and it does, but u have to let it go. i mean, u have to know and understand that u have to move on, and that theres no other choice. u dont have to forget him, but theres no point in getting upset over it. delete his number, put anything he's given u away in a box somewhere, take him off your myspace and messenger lists. do what u have to do to keep ur mind busy. write when u feel like u have something u have to say about it. hang out with people. meet new people. get out. these things happen, and though it sucks, theres nothing we can do but move on. everything happens for a reason.
