me and my sister eat the same kind and amount of food but it seems to me that i am gaining weight and she is not! Is something wrong with me?

yes, some people gain weight easily and others don't, no matter how much they eat. it may be due to an underlying disease or your body's metabolism may be naturally slower than hers.

We gain weight when the calories that we consume are not spend and saved or stored......you even have to look in to the activities of your sister she may be a more active person or it might be merely the metabolic rate.

genetics have a lot to do with how much weight you gain. There's not a whole lot you can do besides trying to eat a healthy/balanced diet and exercising regularly

Yes, I don't gain weight very easily. Other people with my lifestyle and diet are huge. I'm 5'9" and 125lbs.

well in my opinion yes, because some people eat more than others and some eat more fattening food
