Because you're blood sugar level is too low........ You need to eat more foods rich in vitamin B12, to get rid of the dizzy spells, improve concentration, memory and balance. ie: Fish and port, eggs, cheese, milk and milk products, liver and beef.

Otherwise, go to the chemist and ask the pharmacist to recommend a good quality multivitamin B complex supplement to take. If you are a vegetarian and have excluded eggs and dairy products from your diet, then you need B12 supplementation.
