Why doesnt she? tell her that it is bothering YOU.And she can tell him that she isnt interested OR it is going to cause your relationship problems.

She wants him as much as he wants her it seems you just filled the void i guess sorry to be so blunt but thats just how it seems.

if she doesnt want to tell him to stop then you could always tell him to stop.
