Constant ringing in your ears could mean you have Tinnitus, but that needs to be confirmed by your doctor. I have it and it was caused be constant loud noise at work. That would be the worst scenario for you but it is something you learn to live with.
High blood pressure could cause it, even a disc out in your neck can do it, lots of things can do it. Perhaps get a check up ASAP
