According to the Christian belief, war, false profets, and natural disasters will occur and when this happens Jesus Christ will be at the gates of Heaven preparing to come down. ( the end of the world aka judgement day). Although all of these events have happened and continue to repeat themsleves, the end of the world is taken to be dramatic. So when the end of the world comes whether it be a long process or in a blink of an eye, will Jesus Christ put us (christians) to the test and allow all this terrible things to happen to weed out the true believers from the rest?? Or will it be a peaceful coming where souls are reunited with their bodies and the rest have a chance at salvation and eterenal life??

this might require seroius studying..

Oh I wouldn't worry about the pain and suffering too much. After all when you think of all the pain and suffering that the Savior withstood for our benefit and then realize it was, compared to eternity, only a moment, then we can rest assured that whatever pain and suffering we also must go through will only be a grain of sand in the Sahara of eternity. So my advice is basically not to focus much on the events of the second coming of Christ because it's going to happen regardless, and instead focus on preparing for that second coming by doing the will of the Lord and live life as our Savior would have us live it in preparation for His coming.

I think it'll kind of be a mix because good and evil, as cheesy as it sounds. Those who worship the Anti-Christ won't be happy, believe me.

People who accepted Christ after the Rapture will probably have to endure some pain, but for them, it'll be over soon and they'll be in Heaven.

After that, Earth will be restored and believers will be resurrected. Things will be good, and people will reproduce but there will still be new unbelievers. A thousand years later will be the final judgement.

Read Revelation

It's going to be Hell on Earth.

In the Rapture, the Christians will be taken to heaven and the nonbelievers at the time will suffer 7 years tribulation. Then Christ will reign for 1,000 years. After that, Satan deceives the world, the people and Satan get sent to Hell, and everyone is judged.

Trust me, I just learned this today in Sunday School

I think everyone will be tested for many years before the Second Coming of Christ so that He will know who is righteous and who isn't. Then when He actually does come it will be in a blink of an eye.

When the Holy Spirit is rtemoved much chaos will occur. Some will wish to die and death will not be afforeded anyone.

Then the end and judgement day. Some to the new Zion. Others to the lake of fire.

I think he will only test those who are not true believers. But also, I don't think he will test the people who are faithful to their own religions. Christ definetly knows that we all pray to different gods, but are only looking for a higher power. And the true folk will definelty get to salvation and eternal life.

from what I have studied of the new testament, it will be very hard, you will be forced to suffer/die for your beliefs. Many have been burnt alive for their commitment to their beliefs. It is that kind of devotion that the bible requires. I used to think I would die for Jesus, but now that I am a mother, I will do whatever I can to protect my child, no matter what. And that feels right for me.

Our true hearts are known now. No weeding out will be necessary. The Bible says that Christians do not feel the sting of death ever.
It will be more than that for those left here. The nonChristians.

The world ended for me about 12 years ago. I was awed and then amazed. I am not a Christian.

I think humans will die long before the earth itself is destroyed... that or we'll be replaced...
