Here you go ( 100% free) :

Win KeyFinder 1.72 Final 0.167

Win keyfinder helps you retrieve your windows Xp, win 2000, windows me, 98, 2003 and .NET Product keys from the registry and display it for you.

Usually the keys are encoded and stored in the registry. Win KeyFinder decodes it and also allows you to change Windows XP, 2003, and .Net Product Keys just by pressing a button. It is simple and easy to use.

Not a problem. You can download and use the free Keyfinder utility to display your Windows XP's product key. The product key is recorded in the Windows registry. Keyfinder will also find product keys for other Windows products, such as Microsoft Office. You can find it at http://www.magicaljellybean.com/keyfinder.shtml
