I proposed to her and she rejected me, saying she doesn't want marriage... Yet she wants to be with me? What's all this about?

maybe she isnt ready to get married, but she still wants to be with you until she is ready to move on to the next step.

maybe she disagrees with the concept of marriage. Some people feel there's more meaning in staying together without being married. The logic being that people are "stuck" once they're married, so if you're together outside of marriage, it means you are together simply because you want to be together. The only way to really know what she's thinking is to ask her to further explain her thoughts and feelings.

Just because she don't want to married you don't mean she don't love you! Maybe not getting married is better than getting married!

maybe she has seen too many people get divorced. Maybe she is scared of eternal commitment. Sometimes when people feel really comfortable, they dont want to make any changes what so ever.

She loves you, she's just not ready for marriage.

Where you seem to be ready for marriage and she's clearly not, it may be a little difficult for you two to see eye-to-eye.

Good luck... You'll need it.

I think you do have to talk to her but it could be a number of reasons:
-Instability in her career/dreams
-Income/money problems
-Fear of settling down because she wants to be sure of her decision
-Someone who doesn't believe in marriage
-Fear of commitment
-Self-esteem problems.
