You will have to check with UPS or FED EX on the cost varies by size and weight. I send 30lb. coolers packed in dry ice to my customers That is total weight for about 20 bucks. Almost anywhere in the country you only have a 3 day shipping window for perishables.
I only ship bakery goods but meat would be about the same when it comes to shipping. But to answer your question yes they will be frozen so if you live in New York and have them shipped from southern California they will still be frozen when you get them.

check with qvc or hsn(home shopping network) about ordering omaha steaks hamburger patties. should give shipping and all that jazz.
