Does anyone know anything about getting help to pay for medications for brain tumors?

My father has a very large brain tumor. It wasn't that bad about a year ago but he was never ever to get any help to pay for the medications to make it go away. It is now to large to have surgery thats why he needs the medication. The medicine for a months worth is close to 1000 dollars and he cant afford it. He has trouble even working do to his condition. He has gotten really bad and i have no idea what to do. We can't seem to get help from anywhere. If any of you have had any experience with this i would greatly appreciate any advice you could give. thank you.

In the United States we have Medicaid for people who do not have medical insurance. There is also SSI Disability if he does not qualify for Medicad based on income, he should qualify as disabled.

Contact his Dr.s office and ask the nurse or receptionist for an application or phone number for the company who makes the meds. A lot of the time the pharmaceutical companies will cut their cost. All you usually have to do is fill out an application. You could also talk to you local pharmacy and see if they can give a break on the cost. A lot of small pharmacies will cut their cost to you if you do not have insurance. Good Luck I hope this has helped you and your father.

It is all about the money. But there is hope if you can think outside the box.

Five hundred years ago, people said the world was flat. Today, people say that if the FDA and AMA haven't blessed something, it can't be real good. Well, here's something I know to be real AND good. It's a little different take on cancer treatment--

In 1990, I had Hodgkin's Lymphoma, stage 3-B, but I've survived. My doctors were great people, but they were limited to surgery, chemo and radiation by profitable AMA treatment policy. During the year in treatment, I started learning about alternative medicine. I know of people whose cancer has 'spontaneously remitted' (WENT AWAY for no known reason) AFTER they went on programs of herbs and nutrition to restart their immune systems.

Ok, been thru something similar... Find out who the manufacture of the meds you need are and call them... Also you should go and slam his doctor for not letting you know that he can get the med's for free.. All the Dr. has to do is fill out the papers and send them in and your dads meds will either come to the Dr.s office every 3 months or to your dad's house..Wow this really makes me mad.. Hey, I can't find my papers right now but.. Please email me and I will look tomorrow because I have the phone number and websites where you can call and get info and go on line and print out the applications to send in.. And at some of the places you can do it all on line and print then get the Dr. to sign it.. If you will email me tomorrow I will find that stuff for you..Will be praying for your Dad too..

You can go to your nearest municipality and inquire about the programs available upon those cases...There are also some foundations and charitable institutions specially made for medical assistant.Try to watch TV programs that has something to do with charity and health or listen to those sort of radio stations...Hope your father get well...

Let his doctor know of your situation. There is a form the doctor can fill out to send to the pharmaceutical company in order to obtain free or reduced price medications for your father.

Have you talked with his pharmacist? Usually, if you cannot afford your medication, the pharmacy can negotiate prices with the drug companies. It's worth a try. Good luck to your family.

Go and take some cesium chloride with rubidium and DMSO. Also take some oxygen drops, and ip6 pills. Also, take an aloe vera plant, a fresh one from the local floral shop, and cut off their pricks. Then cut off a chunk and put it into a blender. Put some vanilla ice cream into it. This is going to be extremely bitter so just gulp it down. Do this maybe 3 times a week for about a week or two. This should take care of you and kill any remaining cancer you may have left in your body. The oxygen drops helps your body take in more oxygen and nothing more. But, its effective because cancer cannot live where there is too much oxygen. Um, it also prohibits cancer from developing. And its natural, all it is is a liquid that allows your body to take in more oxygen. the cesium chloride changes your ph level in your body so that cancer cannot live. Its like taking a freshwater fish and putting it into a salt water body of water. The fish will eventually die. This is what the cesium chloride does to cancer. The rubidium in the cesium chloride helps your body take in the cesium chloride. The ip6 pills take iron out of your body. It binds with the iron. Iron is the building blocks of cancer. So, without it, it cannot multiply. It will multiply until it runs out of iron. And without iron, it will have to die because it needs it to live, thrive, and multiply. And cancer multiplies alot faster then your normal body cells. So, you can do without iron for a while. But, this ip6 does something even more extraordinary. It takes iron out of the cancer cells and not from your body. But, this leads to the next situation. You need to limit your iron intake. Like beef, red beets, broccoli, etc etc. You must eat brown rice. Ip6 is just an extract from this brown rice. It binds with iron but only from cancer cells. Cancer takes it from your body. So, by eating brown rice, it absorbs all the iron in your body.
PS..The aloe vera is a natural cure that alot of people can get a hold of extremely fast. Its cheap and available at any flower shop or nursery...Just grab one as soon as possible...while you wait for the other medicines to get to your door..

try getting him on ssi go to the dhs there are some places that deal with cancer meds look for a support group they are everywhere they will help as long as he has proof he has cancer from a doctor this is what i had to do some places offer discounts on cancer meds PS DONT TRY ANY OF THE NATURAL HERBS THIS ONE DUDE SAYS TAKE IF YOUR DOCTOR FINDS THEM IN YOUR BLOOD THEY CAN AND WILL STOP TREATING YOU
