Put two tablespoons of organic apple cider vinegar into a glass and stir in a teaspoon of baking soda until fizzing stops. Add 250ml cold water and drink up. This will clear up your heartburn pretty quickly. Heartburn is one of the symptoms of dehydration, have you been drinking at least 2 litres of water per day???

I take 1/4 tsp. baking soda in a few swallows of water. Works much better than any of the antacids. Another thing that works is to eat a dill pickle.
