I realized handing your Email address to a girl you don't know but want to be friends with is not a great idea because I have failed.
Can you please tell me of ways I could meet new girls? Aside from Church and the club or bar, where can I go to meet very nice people?
If a see a girl I like, what must I do? What must I say and how can I finally give her my email address?

Well, i wouldnt want someone to hand me their email address because emails seem more impersonal, i would much rather their number then we could exchange emails. And if you see a girl you like just be yourself give her a compliment (a conservative one) and tell her that you want to speak to her another time. You could meet great girls at libraries if you like smart girls. just a thought. good luck.

first get to know the girl for at least a week then give her ur email adress if u really like her.
to meet a girl make conversation, get to know her, flirt,
