oxygen rich heart chamers are the left atrium & left ventricles. But it does not mean that the right atrium & ventricla lacko2. The right side of the heart carries 14.5ml of o2/100ml of blood while the left side, 19.5 ml/100ml of blood.

The oxygenated blood ends up in the left atrium and the left ventricle.
