try talking to him then walk by him now and again and flip ur hair maybe an online convo or going out to get pizza would get u guys close and thts more of a hang out then a date or get a group of ppl to go out for pizza or mini golf or something tht would be more of a hang out to then ask him out or wait for him to ask
