For medical accounts, the collecting SOL (statute of limitations) and the reporting SOL start on the day of service. (the "day" you were treated)
They will stay on your reports for 7 years from the day of service.

Credit cards will stay on your reports for 7 years from the first time you became 30 days late and never brought the account current.
The SOL for collecting on credit cards and most loans vary from state to state.
The collecting SOL either starts from the first time you became 30 days late leading to the charge off or it starts from the last time either a payment or a charge was made (dependent on your state statutes).

Bad credit is one of the worst problems to have... however there exists a solution.

I will hereby talk from my personal experience.

I did debt consolidation a couple of years ago, however If I had to do it again I would pay to some minor details,
if someone wants to get out of debt today it is pretty easy with a debt consolidation plan, however it may get a bit tricky at times, I suggest you get as much information as possible online on this first,

a good place to start in my humble opinion is astraight to the point ebook with question and answer I found :

if it helps kindly remember me in your voting!.. cheers!

You can remove them 7 years from the first date of late payment. Most of the time you have to request it to be taken off (very easy) from the credit bureaus.

If they are not paid off, you are still obligated to pay, but they do not report to your credit bureau.

You and maximum of alternative solutions study it incorrectly. For adverse guidance the time starts off from the date of the 1st delinquency no longer from the date the deepest loan replaced into originated. it is going to stay on your record from 7 years from the date of the cost-Off, which seems to be approximately 7.5 years from the date of the 1st delinquency. no remember what happens this date won't be able to be re-elderly. So on your occasion it could come off on or approximately 6/2010.

They usually remain for 7 years from the date on which the default happened.
