Dear Moiz, the BIble says tht anyine who uses His name in vain, is guilty of blapshemy, if we have done this, it is clear, we will not enherit the Kingdom of God. but, not only this, but allow me to ask you another question. have you ever lied? stolen? ever looked with lust? ever used Gods name in vain? if you have done these things, then by your own admission, your a lying theiving blaoshemous adulterer at heart. The Bible says your deserving of Hell. However, the BIble says God is rich in mercy, he exhibited this mercy through His one and only son Jesus christ. when Jesus died on the cross, he payed the penalty for your sins. Gods wrath was satisfied through Jesus death. Now God commands you to repent (turn from sin) and trust in Christ to save you. The moment you do, you will be forgiven and granted the gift of everlasting life. Please, take a moment and think about why im talking to you this way. I dont want your Money, I dont want you to Join my Church. Im simply pleading with you to do something about your eternal salvation, because there is nothing more important than where we will be spending an eternity.

No, it depends on how you use it. Jesus himself called the Scribes and Pharisees fools, snakes, etc. However, if you use the profanity to abuse somebody it becomes a sin because it goes against the commandment of love.

Perhaps you are referring to Matthew 5:22 (KJV)
But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hellfire.

The only way to Heaven is Jesus.Ask forgiveness he is faithful,to forgive you and cleans you from all unrighteous.
