whenever i tried to play any video from youtube.com,video is getting pause many times.how i can get smooth running video?

Your not letting the video buffer. That bar needs to go all the way across for it to play smothely. Make sure your flashplayer is up to date and you havea good enough graphics card.

This is caused by downloading the content from the internet. It depends on your download speed. Try pausing the video and waiting for it to preload before you play it.
