What do most men really want in a woman?

I have been dating for over 2 years, met someone, got serious and he just basically split. I really don't understand what men would want from an attractive female? I mean, I have tried everything!

You won't like what I have to say, and most men won't admit it, but it's true anyway...

What men really, really want in their heart of hearts is a woman that will do whatever they want, is an enthusiastic sex partner when they want her to be but will leave them alone when they want to be left alone, someone who won't try to get them to "talk about their feelings," someone who doesn't ask much of them, someone who makes them feel important and manly, and someone who will take care of their every need without being asked.

That's honestly and truly what they *want.* The majority of men realize that a) they're very unlikely to find a woman like that, and b) even if they did, a relationship like the one above wouldn't be at all fair to the woman...so they get "real" and try to find someone that at least has some of those qualities, and in the areas they don't isn't too hard to deal with.
Then there are men that never learn to adjust their base wants to the real world, and keep screwing up relationships because they can't get over their selfish wants. Those are the ones to avoid, and the ones that do things like you mentioned.

But honestly, if you could get all men to be honest about it (and we all know how hard THAT is), they'd admit to wanting what I outlined. Every single one. It's just that some handle the "disappointment" of living in a real world where that's not going to happen better than some others do :)

may be the problem is not from you. Don't blame yourself. He might be some pervert. Or you also need to ask, what did he do to you to make you happy? relationship is two ways not a single channel.
But as far as what Guys want in a woman..here is a simple list.

1. someone who is attractive...each individual is attractive to someone..so no problem there.
2. Faithfull, who gives attention to her man
3. Someone who knows how to cook
4. a woman who is completely open to her man, and tells him her issues no matter what
5. ( well don't forget man needs sex too...lol..may be this is top priority..but I do respect a woman who keeps it till marriage..and after that..she shouldn't hold sex as a means of punishment)
6. A woman who is desciplined
7. etc...

some guys like alot of sex.... advanced sex.... also, they don't like nagging and you always asking where they have been... they like freedom...

Also,, don't put on the pounds if you were thinner when you met. Keep looking as pretty as you were when you first met,, and don't cut your hair short!
