If they arent, are there ways to make them street legal?

Exactly like Husker said .... it should qualify for an antique plate ... as long as it's not modified. If your highways have a speed minimum as well as a maximum then you might have a problem since your top speed is probably about 45. This might limit you from traveling on the highway but who know's the antique plate has magical powers in many states and can help you get away with a lot! If it has been modified check with your Department of Motor Vehicles and read up on your state's definition of a "car" and a "motor vehicle".
Normally this will tell you what the requirements are to make something street legal. In some states I can put turn signals and a brake light on my Yamaha ATV and license it as a car!

As long as the thing has lights and brakes, it should be street legal. As long as the frame has not been modified or is not broken in any way. If you are not sure about the frame, have it checked. Because that is a serious safety issue.

Yes at least here in Virginia. If you put antiique plates on it you won't have any issues making it street legal.

As long as you have plates on it you are legal, and if you don't have plates go get a set for it and start having some fun.

The 47 Willeys would need turn signal lights,,and both rear brake lights,,,other than that,,i'm pretty sure its just put the key in a go!!

Yes, unless they have been modified in some strange way. You can license it as an antique.
