We was walking today and he just stop and can't make another step.I can't take him to the doctor tonight.Any advise on what this can be or how I can confort him.It doesn't hurt him when he is sitting only when he stands up/walk

Could be growing pains. Could be air pockets. I would consider going to the emergency department, or calling a health professional (In Ontario we have telehealth, where we can call and talk to a nurse practitioner- I don't know if you have anything like that where you are)

I don't want to be an alarmist, but if this was sudden, if he received a scrape on that knee today, and if he is feverish or the knee is hot, I would take him to the emergency room.

When my daughter was about 2 she fell outside the grocery store, picked herself up, brushed herself off, and we went on our merry way. By naptime that day she was unable to walk and crying non stop. I took her to the pediatrician immediately and it was a staph infection she had gotten from that little scrape at the grocery store. They sent us to the Children's hospital, she was on the highest possible dose of IV, and would have had to be hospitalized if it didn't do the job. It was very serious. YOu should have your son looked at asap.

keep him off his feet help him to the bathroom and everything but the best thing to do would be take him to the emergency department because something could be really wrong

maybe its stiff i had something like that 15 yrs ago i just sat down something snapped and it got swollen. i took tylenol and put an ace bandage to keep it from moving. maybeyou should let him soak it in warm water and rub it down with green alcohol
