I have relatively thick, semi-straight blonde hair four inches below the shoulders with light side bangs and long layers. I have an oval face shape with a slightly harsh jawline. I don't want to go too short, but I want something cool! Nothing that would require damaging styling every morning, of course. Any ideas?

I would say go with something like a blunt bob haircut. Not too short, but fun and flirty. Feather your bangs a little bit. Try the hairstyle at this website...not the haircolor, just the style...
