My brother is only 22 years old, today he noticed a bald spot in the back of his head that is about the size of a quarter, he also has facial hair that is not growing back in one spot. He is going to see a doctor soon, but i just found this out now, are there any opinions on what it could be?

Good to check w.a doc., but it might just be early male-pattern baldness; I personally think bald men are very attractive, so if the doc says he's okay, maybe he should give that a try!

it could be cancer or sometimes but most likely men lose their hair around 20-35 years of age and when i say lose hair i mean just a bald spot no big deal its all in life dnt worry it would most likely be the 2nd opinion i mentioned trust me
