I have hair on my upper lip i get made fun of alot, so what should i do? Wax, shave or just keep plucking?
Ive been pluking the hair for the past weeks but i havn't really cleared the hair.

Never shave anything on your face, You should wax it. It's cheap. A salon will do it for around $12, or you can buy you own waxing kit from a wal mart, for $9. That kit comes with everything you need. It will sting, but I think it is better than bleaching, it. Because, when you bleach it, it can still be seen in the sun, and at other times!
And waxing lasts, for a couple of weeks! Good Luck

My hairstylist told me that waxing your lip could cause your upper lip to break out. She told me that she uses Sally Hanson facial removal creme from WalMart. All you do is put the creme on your lip for 3 minutes and then wipe it off. Your hair comes off instantly. For those outer areas of your lip, you can shave that part. The up keep isn't a hassle at all. Just repeat process every 2 weeks to maintain a hair-free lip. I tried it right after my stylist told me about it. It's sooooo much better than waxing. You should try it, you'd be happy you did. Hope this helps. : )

Have you tried or thought about laser hair removal? I have heard that it is really effective and that the hair loss is permanent and depending on the hair growth and how thick it is it would probably only take about 2 treatments. If you can't get laser hair removal then I would suggest waxing because when you wax, it takes a lot longer for the hair to grow back in.

I wouldn't shave your upper lip. In all of my magazines such as Seventeen and CosmoGirl, it says to wax your face instead of shaving. Shaving will only make the hair grow in darker and thicker. And as for people making fun of you, just ignore them. It just shows that they have nothing good to do with their time and are probably boring people. <3

Ok here's the deal ok. My sis waxes hers once a month and by her opinion it gets finer and finer. Just don't wax before that time of the month. I''ve noticed it works too. Good luck. Oh and don't shave it gets really worse with stubble ok.

waxing is the best way to get rid of you hair in the upper lip, laser hair removal, dont do it, it will leave black spots and skin will be rough, same thing with shaving....

dont shave. i think you should wax. plucking takes a really long time and wax only hurts for a couple seconds.

Waxing is the best! It's fast and the least painfull. And it will last you longer. You should probably go to a salon and have it done by esthetician.

wax! trust me on this one! the more you wax the less and less hair will come out, my aunt had the most hairy moustache when she was a kid, in her teen years she waxed and now she barely has any hair there!
