What Is The Best Way To Loose Fat/ Inches / Slim Down In Ur Midsection In A Matter Of One Week?

Something rly healthy yet easy and fun for me is bellydancing. You know how shakira and sometimes beyonce ans stuff dances? I always dance like that and im shocked how it affected my life. When I was 11 I weighed 120 pounds and of course was a short 11 year old size, i was gigantic! Now im 14 still 120 pounds, taller, but a very healthy 120, very slim waist. And normally im very shy but on school dances I bellydance and I had many people come up to me later and complement me, complete strangers! I move my hips, behind, stomach and more just like shakira. And now im curvy and happy! I hope you can too.

There are only 2 diets that I have seen results in this area in a short time. One and the best for you is the You On A Diet... go to realage.com and check it out. They have menu's and all the info you need there and a message board for help and support. The other is not as healthy and that is the Adkins diet. I seen fast results with both these plans but on the adkins diet I got really sick after about 10 days, called their hotline and got no help there. I stopped the diet and recovered. On the realage diet I felt fantastic and was eating really well. Good luck.

Eat only when hungry and that too not more than three times a day. Nothing except water in between. Chew each morsel at least 32 times so that ur body systems start functioning and give u signals that u have had enough.

Take light exercises and walks regularly. U will achieve ur ideal weight in a reasonable time span and u will also be able to maintain it.
