Beat her to the punch. Ask him out before she does. If he turns you down, at least you can say you tried. I know this situation all too well. One of my friends asked this guy out to the prom before I plucked up enough courage to do it and he went with her to the prom. After that I never talked to either of them again. Two weeks later I ended up getting into a fist fight with the girl when she pushed me down in PE. I kicked her a**! Then he dumped her after he found out that she had stabbed me in the back. He's now my best friend. Good luck! :)

You can either make it extreme and dissolve the friendship, or let the person who has the best connection with him have him. If you think your friend is stabbing you in the back, then she is not a friend. If it is just a matter of compatibility then keep your friend, wish her the best and find someone who likes you for you. I hope it all works out for the best of everyone.

I would talk to him about it. You can hint or be blunt either way you need to know right? Talk to your friend to and see if he should like you if it would hurt your friendship. What if he does like you and your friend turns her back on you and he ends up being a jerk? Gotta think about this one girl.

You and your friend need to deguess who loves him more. Make it peaceful so that God can help. Y'all need to talk it over, deguess, list reasons, and figure out who loves him. Maybe he can take both of y'all out. That'll make him feel speical. You and your friend are friends and need to deguess it like friends.

Is he worth losing a good friend over? You have to decide what is more important to you. Him or her. Guys will come and go, but good friends (good, good) can stay with you all your life.

If he doesn't like you and you only, and your best friend is having better luck with him, than let it go. You'll find a another.
