Can you afford Jenny Craig? If not or also I would find a good work out dvd or join a gym. I am also trying to lose- but not for a nude wedding. I don't think I could do that, no matter how close of a friend she is. Any way 140 is a goal of mine. I am starting an exercise program tomorrow night called "boot camp". They are gonna show me what I can eat and twice a week we come for excessive classes. I hope I have great results. She told me when I signed up if you are 35 and under you see results quicker especially if you are bigger because after 35 your metabolism starts to slow down. Good luck to you sista- loosing weight is hard no matter what!

O. well for one please start exercising, find your happy exercise. Sports, try tennis, basketball, soccer, and other easy fun ones. Yoga, tai chi, exercise machines, dancing (i love this one, I loss lots of weight by dancing, you don't have to dance in front of people, its embarrassing at first, dance alone, turn on your favorite tunes and dance i bellydance, its the healthiest dance, and the most fun for me, move you middle area, you wont lose weight moving only your arms.) Or at very least, jog or do jumping jack etc. Im very serious when I say at least 1 hour a day if you want to lose weight. Gatorade is BAD. You dont need it. Drink diet juices (you know the kind with only 30 calories), natural flavored water, cold tea (with spleenda and or lemon juice but no real sugar), vegetable juices if you rly feel water isnt enough to hydrate you during a lot of exercise. Skip soda, it is terrible and 10 pounds already just fly away if you skip soda, if you need it, try getting plain soda water and adding one of those drinks i mentioned above. For eating, consume about 1300 calories a day, low enough to lose weight but high enough so you wont starve. Skip the potato chips, healthy snack are fruit, veggies, and nonfat yogurt (throw away all fatty dairy products, only nonfat milk and yogurt, thats what I eat, i think layogurt makes the best skim yogurts, do not buy yogurt that has more than 120 calories per serving) If you are absolutely craving snack food, eat microwaved or air popped unbuttered popcorn, add chili powder and spices for flavor. Eat lots of veggies, find a lowfat healthy dressing, and eat salad as your "main dish" and the main course as a small salad serving. good luck, and plz dont cheat on your diet! I have a rule for a good breakfast. 1 non fat dairy, 1 healthy carb, 1 fruit. I try 2 whole wheat pancakes, with nonfat yogurt (i love pancakes and yogurt, a great combo) and fruit as topping. OR at least cereal milk and fruit.

Eat only when hungry and that too not more than three times a day. Nothing except water in between. Chew each morsel at least 32 times so that ur body systems start functioning and give u signals that u have had enough.
Take light exercises and walks regularly. U will achieve ur ideal weight in a reasonable time span and u will also be able to maintain it.

You're going to have to work your a* off with intense work-outs everyday, go on a strict diet..and even then I don't think you could lose 100 lbs in a year. How about lypo?

exercise everyday like jogging around the block
skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
dont eat until your're full
eat fruits at night if your hungry.
drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.
