Low blood pressure has nothing to do with your headaches or feeling cold. Your headache may have been related to a low blood sugar and in that case get tested for hypoglycemia at the docs office. Low blood pressure is not a problem unless it is dangerously low. Your cold hands and feet are most likely caused by poor circulation.

3 years ago, I was diagnosed - hypertension with a reading of 160/100. I used to feel dizzy a lot, my legs had awful cramps, and levels were very low in my potassium, causing my fingers and toes to always cramp together. One day I started to feel really faint while I was driving with my daughter in the back seat and I passed out, hitting 3 cars and ending up in a ditch. That moment,I knew I had to do something because my meds weren't working. I heard about this diet from a friend and thought I'd give it a shot. The results have been remarkable. In just 21 days, I honestly can't remember feeling this good, my blood pressure went from 175/110 to 125/70.

How do you know you have low blood pressure? What is the reading? Normal is 120/80 less than that is optimal if you don't have any symptoms. You might have poor circulation....but it has been quite cold lately.
Go to the doctor and ask for a blood test.
He should also take your fasting blood sugar.
You might be diabetic.
Take care and make an appointment with the doctor but don't worry so much!

See a doctor. I have really low blood pressure (100/50) which causes me to faint quite frequently. I don't have problems with getting cold tho. There are treatments for low blood pressure. My son has Raynaud's Phenomenon (which usually effects women in their 20s and 30s). It causes his hands and feet to get quite cold and is triggered by cold weather and stress. I could see how something as stress relieving as a chocolate bar could help.... regardless, a doctor can help pinpoint the cause and recommend treatment. Good luck!

I'd go to the doctor if I were you. I actually have hypo tension - low blood pres sue. Mine is about 88/56. My doctor told me that it's really not a problem since I'm physically active - I exercise - and I eat a balanced diet. Low BP is normal for healthy folks. He said that I need to be worried only if I'm not active.
I also have a low iron level...it sounds to me like you have the same thing. Again, only a doctor can tell you that. Ask him to draw some blood and he'll be able to tell you what's going on.
