Ignoring IS always the best way to irritate someone trying to get your attention in a good or bad way. Don't worry, eventually you'll look back at this time and laugh about it. My 2 sisters and I used to make each other miserable!!

just tell her that she really needs to calm down. If that doesn't work talk to your mom about it and maybe your mom can talk to her. just tell your mom or your sister how you feel.
