The best thing that ever work for me is Isagenix. Diet pills don't work. For more information on Isagenix go to

Yes... you're gonna get bombarded... but for good reason, so let me be the first. I'm fat... really fat... at various times over the last 20 years I've tried damn near every diet pill you see on TV now or in the past. Literally not one of them ever did anything but drive my pulse up over 150...

The only time I ever lost significant weight (120 lbs over 4 years), I did it using no pills, but eating lots and lots of spinach, and walking 1 to 3 miles a day... every day (even in Minnesota winters).

People that lose weight using pills would have lost all the weight anyway... they did through will power (which I'm still trying to find again) and only happened to be taking the pills...

I noticed the fine print on the Hydroxycut(sp) commercial the other day.. there was a new note the average weight loss was 3.86 lbs... less than 4 pounds... I can do that by skipping lunch for a week (wish I could skip lunch for a year).

There ya go...

No pills ever work.

Eat only when hungry and that too not more than three times a day. Nothing except water in between. Chew each morsel at least 32 times so that ur body systems start functioning and give u signals that u have had enough.

Take light exercises and walks regularly. U will achieve ur ideal weight in a reasonable time span and u will also be able to maintain it.

DNP. I lost an average of 2lbs of fat a day and I mean FAT, not weight. However, if you look into the drug itself, you will notice that it in fact is an insectacide (bug spray) and was banned sometime in the 50's. What it does is raise your core tempurature greatly while adding a cortisol blocking agent that won't allow your body to burn muscle as an energy source. In essence it turns you into a human microwave and you cook off your fat.

Why am I telling you this? Because this WORKED for losing fat. This is what it takes for a fat pill to work, a near death experience. Take 100mgs too much DNP and see ya later.

The stuff on the shelves promotes raised blood pressure and/or elevated heart rate. You can get that out of walking up the stairs without having to add a chemical to your body plus the muscle stimulus needed to actually burn fat. THEY JUST DON'T WORK!

The only ones that worked for me were Xenedrine, but that was before they took the ephedra out. Also the phentermine that has to be prescribed are sooo awsome, but you have to be at a certain weight to get those.
