I'm trying to find something to snack on that tastes good, and that I won't regret later.

I would try a piece of fruit (100 calories) or a bag of 94% fat free microwave popcorn (whole bag = 240 calories!). See the link below for some more good snack ideas.

I like nonfat yogurt (some brands like layogurt make better skim yogurts than others) and definitely fruit. I like taking a big apple and because it takes a while to eat, I feel so full by the time i finish it. A big apple is only 100 calories (a medium one is 80) If your rly hungry, I noticed alot of progresso soups, have 100 calories or less per serving, as filling as a meal for only 100 calories! But make sure you stick to the serving size. If you have the munchies, microwaved unbuttered popcorn, flavored with spike or other spices is good.

Eat only when hungry and that too not more than three times a day. Nothing except water in between. Chew each morsel at least 32 times so that ur body systems start functioning and give u signals that u have had enough.

Take light exercises and walks regularly. U will achieve ur ideal weight in a reasonable time span and u will also be able to maintain it.

Light or lowfat yogurt. It's THE BEST, honestly. Apples. Oatmeal. There's this sesame paste thing you can get at Oriental stores--there are some out there that are a whole bowl of sesame-flavoured soup thing for only 80 calories. Umm, chicken noodle soup is also pretty low calorie.

WASA Crackers...you can find them at most super markets...they may not taste that great at first, as they are whole grain, they have a ton of fiber, and they're only 45 calories a wafer, with no calories from fat...you could put a tbspoon of natural peanut butter or spices on it if you wanted...All i know is that i weigh 250lbs and two of those things keep me full for a long time

Try fruit. It tastes good and is only about a hundred calories each.

Another possibility is stirring dried salad dressing spice mix into yogurt and scooping that dip up with celery or carrot sticks.
