Eat only when hungry and that too not more than three times a day. Nothing except water in between. Chew each morsel at least 32 times so that ur body systems start functioning and give u signals that u have had enough.

Take light exercises and walks regularly. U will achieve ur ideal weight in a reasonable time span and u will also be able to maintain it.

where they are a size 2, but they acheived it just by starving themselves and doing drugs, so they still have no muscle and its just loose fatty skin that hangs off the bones, so when they pose for bathing suits they still have chub.
quit being a lazyass and get on the tread mill. sitting on around all day is just as unhealthy when you are skinny as it is when you are fat.

starvation. be anorexic and you'll lose a lot of weight without exercising.

Sure there is. Just stop eating as much carbohydrates. Stay away from breads, pasta, sweets, cookies and pretty much anything that has too much flour or corn starch. You can eat as much vegetables and fruits as you want.

Just stay away from carbs.
