Buy a bench press..that will get u big and strong in a hurry. I bought one for 100 dollars and I was maxing at 120 and in 6 months I am up to 185

I totally believe in Body for Life workouts. You can find all the information on their websites or you can buy and even check out at your local library the book. VERY simple and no crazy stuff. Eat only when hungry and that too not more than three times a day. Nothing except water in between. Chew each morsel at least 32 times so that ur body systems start functioning and give u signals that u have had enough.

Take light exercises and walks regularly. U will achieve ur ideal weight in a reasonable time span and u will also be able to maintain it.

I would try doing some crunches for your abs; some push-ups for your chest and arms; and some calf raises & squats for your legs. See the link below for descriptions & some more ideas. Good luck!
