Depends how much weight you want to lose. These foods can be incorporated into your diet and you can still lose weight, but the weight loss will be much slower. However, if you are eating that much bacon (i'm assuming the normal kind and not low fat), and rice, you probably will equal out.
Try eating brown rice instead of white, and limitiing it to 2-3 times a week. Also, consider lean turkey bacon as opposed to other kinds, and try to limit that as well. Eggs are a good source of protien, so that's not a problem. Cheese is a source of dairy, but not good in large portions. Approx 1 ounce a day max.
Indulging in a treat once in a while is okay. In fact, it's important, otherwise you will go crazy and binge eat.

I guess you mean lose weight if you are overweight. You will not lose weight on them if you are already thin and sexy like you appear to be. With enough exercise you can be thin no matter what you eat. But you should try to eat healthier.
Try fake bacon like fakin bacon. Also rice is very bad for you and is not a whole grain. Now brown rice tastes just as good; helps you lose weight according the book, Brown Rice Diet by an MD; and it is a healthy whole grain. Brown basmati rice tastes great. Indians only eat basmati rice. See site below that tells how if you make sure to eat the healthy foods FIRST, then you will do fine eating some unhealthy foods.

As long as the total calories you eat is less than what your body is consuming for energy you will lose weight. However that is hard to do when what you are eating is full of fat (eggs, bacon, ice cream, cheese) or full of concentrated carbs (rice, ice cream). The empty calories in those treats contribute only storable energy but not much other nourishment.
Try to minimize those foods you love until you get your weight down on regular healthy food. Then as a treat go for some of those extra items.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
Get started today!

Rice and cheese is okay. I mean, I'm asian and I eat WHITE rice everyday. and certain cheeses are good for you. Cream cheese cottage cheese and so on. But things like bacon and ice cream you need to cut down. I work out for hours everyday and I eat a lot of junk food, so my body and my weight is not really what it should be. Even though I excerise. Lose the bad stuff and excerise and the pounds will shed.

Eat only when hungry and that too not more than three times a day. Nothing except water in between. Chew each morsel at least 32 times so that ur body systems start functioning and give u signals that u have had enough.
Take light exercises and walks regularly. U will achieve ur ideal weight in a reasonable time span and u will also be able to maintain it.
Once u switch over to this system, ur consumption of foods u enjoy will automatically be controlled.

The bacon is not a problem as it is not stored as fat on your body. Other foods like rice will depend on your consumption. Sure you can still eat rice everyday, but just watch your serving sizes. Ice cream, hey you just have let it take its toll - it's too good to turn down just a couple times a week! *-)

anything in moderation will not harm you, and you can lose weight,,,, but that is alot of bacon! and what are you having with it??? besides calories,,,, its a high fat content food, in fact, i have seen it on hospital menus listed as a fat serving, not even as a food or meet,,,,,,
so other then weight, its just not healthy for your heart,,,,, why not try limiting it to a few slices a couple of times a week,,,,,, then try things like turkey sausage,,,,,,, or just leave it out,,,,,,
i also love bacon,,, but i only eat it every other week, and i make it special, have a full breakfast and all the bacon i want,

You need to go to the gym do a few workouts on equipment that tells you how many calories you've burned and compare that to how many calories you get in a slice of bacon or an ounce of cheese

Eat as much as you damn well want, just remeber to burn it off.
Food does not make you fat, being lazy does.
When I'm on a field exercise, I often eat over 10,000 calories a day. And I do not get fat. Why? Carrying a ruck sack with 90lbs of gear for 8 or 9 miles burns off alot off food
