Hey guys, i have a hair salon which i am planning to redesign because it is a little old fashioned salon now and am looking to design (like auto CAD software or something) and looking for some free softwares that may be available so that i can design a diagram of salon as then i can hire contractor and have them work on carpantery/plumbing/and electrical as per my design. Would any one know how can i put my thoughts on the computer.

i write books and somtimes make diagrams of a house i'm describing and i just go into paint and use the lines and boxes to make the diagram(its kinda hard 2 explain).
