is there anyone out there who has experienced the loss of long term memory,"just about all memories "

anyone who has trouble remembering what they did the day before.
I have absolutely no reccolection of my childhood none of my teen years, and very very litle of what i did as an adult.

yet i go through each day trying to bring up who i am , who i was.
there are no family members left to connect me to my past.

i'm so sorry to hear this. i have never had this experience myself. perhaps hypnosis? i've heard it works. could there be a reason you're mind has chosen to block these things out? some trauma?i hope you find the answers you're seeking. god bless

Wow. This is pretty sad. Was it a physical trauma or mental trauma that caused this? Have you been to therapy or a hypnotist? I don't really know anything about this type of thing, but I would think a hypnotist would be your best bet.

Not to scare you or anything, but you need to go see a doctor. I once saw this on a show, a guy had a tumor in his brain, which caused him to have terrible memory loss.
