i've been having these really odd mood switches. Like today i felt like crying for no reason and yesterday i was having a panic attack. I thought my brother was going to die. I was pacing. then i got really paranoid and kept thinking i was seeing things. could this be a symptom of my menstral cycle. Its not my first time having it. I also didnt want to go to sleep because i thought i wouldnt wake up. I couldnt get comfortable and when i woke up i saw my mom and it was like I was in a dream. Really important fact. I WAS NOT STONED.

Check into PMDD, it's a very serious and real condition. Also treatable.

This is probably depression, that you have had for quite a long time. Also when you do not take care of it, you can get panic attacks, and anxiety attacks. Please just go to your Doctor and tell him or her your symptoms. The Doctor can prescribe something that will help you. Do not let it go on any more there is help out there for people that suffer from this. You can also ask the Doctor would a counselor be good for you. Do not feel bad a lot of women more than men, suffer from this, and it is now that the Doctors are paying attention to us. God bless you.

You're not crazy. It sounds like it could be depression and extreme anxiety. Depression is an illness which can be treated. You need to see a specialist (Psychiatrists) who will listen to you and decide what the best treatment is. Trust me, living like that is no life and you don't have to go through it alone. You'll be thankful you took the first step after your anxiety and mood-swings are under control.

Well you need to take into consideration the context of your situation, for instance if you've been through intense stress lately or going through a difficult time in your life etc. That said though your symptoms sound a lot like PMS or maybe PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder)

From: http://pmdd.factsforhealth.org/
Do you have unpleasant, disturbing emotional and physical symptoms before your monthly menstrual periods? Do these symptoms disrupt your life and interfere with your usual activities and your relationships with others? Do the symptoms go away when your flow begins or shortly thereafter, only to return before your next period?

Something is definately off. Sounds like a chemical imbalance. You really need to be seen & evaluated. Could be bipolar disorder.
Do not wait until this gets out of control.

I get that too, some part of you is not at ease. One thing leads to another. Just try to calm yourself and think happy thoughts, like woman empowerment, yeah you go girl! i tell myself. And take deep breaths.

Well, this is definitely not normal, but i would maybe go see a doctor or talk to someone close to you about this. if you dont live with someone i would start getting help. although sometimes, we all go through rough/weird fazes in our lives. im sure its just a faze! good luck tho, i would be puzzled if i were you.

this is a result of using drugs over a time period it will suddenly strike without warning and then disappear however it can recur again unexpectedly and maybe worse sadly using drugs will affect you and your brain for the rest of your life remember the commercial that show the egg cooking and then says this is your brain on drugs?pay attention they are not kidding.sadly there is nothing you can do to stop this.
