which can benefit someone?
We listen to many dedicated religious people here; do we practically have some plans to contribute for the betterment of something or someone?

Thanks.

Yes I do. I have a neighbor that goes to Africa every year and I give him boxes full of toys and clothing to take with him. While driving by food banks at a church I have stopped to take the elderly and their groceries to there destination. I have volunteered my services to the elderly around my area for example: picking up groceries for them, driving them to a doctors appointment or picking up their prescriptions. I have donated clothing to homeless shelters. Have visited the sick and disabled at hospitals. I have fed stray cats and dogs. And it just goes on and on. Just a reminder what ever of these things you do never boast about it do it quietly because the one (God) who will reward you will do it in secret.

I am able to live my life in a way that I feel is important and worthwhile.
As a volunteer teacher I spend about 70 hours every month to help others to see the value of studying and following the Creators loving advice to us all.
I believe that if everyone followed these directions our families, communities and the world as a whole would be a much better place. I have seen it, experienced it and therefor know that it works.
I meet people from all walks of life and have, as a result, grown to love and appreciate our differences and similarities. I have also come to understand why people are the way they are. Growing in compassion and understanding. Not judging.
I also have the opportunity to spend time with young ones, who are wonderful and fascinating beings. Full of life, energy and questions.
I love what I do. And I'm grateful to my Creator to be used in this privileged way.

I cant say anything right now but I plan to be a doctor and help build a hospital for the poor in Pakistan who cant afford medical care. I've got a long way to go until then but I hope God will help me get there.

Anything you do altruistically is of benefit to something or someone... it doesn't have to be a big thing, even just something as small as making a wiser environmentally-safe choice in your household or body cleaning products, your make-up choices, recycling or just taking care of a homeless animal.
Use common sense and flex your altruistic "muscle" however is best for you and it's of benefit.

Yes, most of us are a part of churches as do all sorts of different work. But one thing we like to do is talk to people on here like you about God and help plant the seeds of faith with those who have the ear to listen.

The only thing I'm in a position to do is raise my children to be open-minded, tolerant and giving, and to give what small amounts I can to worthy charities.
(Hiya!! Hope all is well.)
I agree so strongly with you about fireball226; she's really out there.

Imagine the peace and prosperity that humanity could realize without Islam. Anyone who contributes in anyway to the de-islamificiation of the world, has done for humanity than can be measured or quantified.
