How old do you have to be to even join???

Do you know any places where they do allow kids to join???

I am not sure about curves, but most places ask you to be around 14 or older. Here is the official curves website: http://www.curves.com/

I'm not sure how old your sister is, but remember that even going for a rollerblade, a swim, walking or anything like that is very good exercise. If she is very young, I would encourage that type of exercise rather than a gym. Then she will learn to appreciate exercise rather than see it as a chore.

I believe the YMCA accepts all ages, and they have fun camps/classes for younger children too.

For most Curves locations, you have to be 14 I think. Best bet, though, is to ask the manager, as most locations are franchises, and the owner/mgr can make her own rules. Most locations don't like for younger kids, or boys, to show up, b/c it's supposed to be "me-time" for the women who work out there. No kids, no guys watching them, no stress.
